However, our team of 600 volunteers deliver much more than a meal. WebVolunteers practice non-contact delivery and deliver a week’s worth of meals to each senior. Meals are delivered Monday-Thursday with a pick-up time between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. Delivery routes take about 1.5 hours to complete. Lifting up to 25 lbs. repetitively and an SUV or vehicle with back seats down required.
