Webb18 jan. 2024 · I bought a new Bluetooth mouse that has a USB stick with it (Logitech Triathlon M720). The salesman said I didn’t have to plug in the USB stick for the mouse to pare with the laptop. But the new mouse won’t work without the USB stick plugged in and the laptop doesn’t recognize the new mouse when I go to settings to look for it. WebbCheck "Device Manager" and the enable the show "Show Hidden Devices" under the view tab. Then look for your Bluetooth adapter, try uninstalling it and then letting windows reinstall it. You might need to go out and find drivers for it. Things that are not properly installed and "working" won't show up in the Action Center.
