WebJun 1, 2016 · The NPC now runs at normal speed. * v 1.3 went through all packages and changed flag settings to either walk or run (no fast walk or jog bs), new versions include all DLC's or just the main game, companions or no companions. Note: I accidentally used the companion version to start the DLC edits. WebFeb 22, 2011 · The answer going away; is only a problem if you skip through the conversations without listening and it has nothing to do with text speed, just how fast you exit. However, i would also like text to stay though, since if you skip dialogs you don't see the question, i usually do not skip dialog though, but it happens.

WebFeb 3, 2014 · Running too fast, it sounds like it's related to the iFPSClamp option in the INI. See if setting the iFPSClamp option to 0 (default), if this makes no difference, try the following: Use FRAPs to determine what your lowest FPS is in game then set "iFPSClamp" to that frame rate. You wont want to go any lower than 30 though. WebTry either one of player.setav speedmult 100 , player.modav speedmult 100 or player.forceav speedmult 100.
