WebFeb 8, 2024 · I get the dial tone, and I hear the touch tones as I try to dial out, but dialing out won't break the dial tone, aside from my hearing the individual touch tones as I dial. The phone doesn't make the call. I don't hear the phone ringing after I dial the number. Only the dial tone and then the individual touch tones as I'm dialing.
