WebI'm not saying it's a great idea, but many pro metalworkers don't use respiratory protection. I used to work in a shop of 300+ toolmakers. You could tell how many weeks something had been sitting on a shelf by the amount of dust on it because that shop did a lot of grinding.. Some guys wore an N95 mask, but most guys wore nothing.
